I was going to write an explanation of why I think Colonel Brandon is such a dreamy character but I can't get my thoughts in order.  I hate trying to force things.  It works much better if inspiration takes you and things just flow.  When they don't things start sounding awkward and weird.  So, hopefully that particular essay will come later.

I have come to the conclusion that Doctor Who is the equivalent of going out to eat.  It's great fun, you love to do it, and it's better when you're not alone.  But you just can't do it all the time, whether it's because you can't afford to or because it will loose its awesomeness with too much exposure, or whatever reason you have for not going ( Read more... )
